Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Stickexistence Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Ohio.

Reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
